What’s Involved

We’ll build out a cadence specific for you that typically includes:

  • Several sessions monthly by phone, video or in-person and sometimes a combination of all three.

  • Intake review – I’ll build an intake questionnaire specifically designed for you.

  • 360 Feedback – I’ll gather a mixture of written and verbal feedback from those that work closely with you.

  • Provide knowledge, opinion and council around pertinent business matters.

  • Serve as your accountability partner to create, implement and refine strategies both personally and professionally.

  • Email support throughout the engagement.

  • Spot coaching when needed.

  • Goal setting and action planning – We’ll utilize our time together, your intake review and 360 feedback to craft an action plan that will accelerate your growth as a leader and overall happiness as a human desiring to live your best life!

  • Lots of other tools and tricks available as needed.
